Simple Happy: A Collection of Poetry (Paperback)

The critics are raving. Find a way back to the simple kind of happiness we all strive for with this new collection of poetry from author S. C. Porter.

"You’re not a cruel fighter for sticking up for yourself

When they criticize you for doing things

That make sense to you

And bring you back to happy

If anything, this year I learned

To find gratitude and happiness

In even the worst of situations

Because if I didn’t, eventually all the bad

Would have killed me if I let it

I just couldn’t let it

Don’t you let it"
